Returns & Exchanges Policy

KlassikFinds.com offers a 7-day hassle-free return policy. Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

1. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return within 7 days, please ensure the following:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is clean and in good condition

  • The product is in its original packaging (same wrapper/box)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, temperature-sensitive products)

  • Newspapers or magazines

Additional non-returnable items:
A. Birthday/Anniversary Gifts and Gift Cards
B. Downloadable digital products
C. Health & Personal Care items

3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned after the 7-day window

5. Return Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp whether your claim has been approved or rejected.

6. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be returned.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, please send it to the shipper address mentioned on your parcel.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In return cases, courier charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

For products valued over Rs. 5,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or opting for shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item—the responsibility lies with the chosen courier service.
